WELCOME COMMITTEE With all of the new faces coming to our
church, we need friendly volunteers who would help make visitors feel
welcome here at Christ Lutheran. This is something new, so we can
most certainly entertain ideas you may have. Text Pastor Johnson at

HOLY SMOKERS ARE RECRUITING!! When we originally asked for volunteers to join this fun
little group, we had well over 30 people interested. I will be sending out letters shortly from that
list (which we gathered before Covid). However, if you are interested in cooking with the Holy
Smokers, we would love to have you! Level of involvement is strictly up to you. If you want to
learn how to smoke excellent food only, that is fine. If you want to help with fund raisers and
church events, that is fine. If you want to be part of a group that will respond to disasters in
efforts to feed the displaced and emergency workers, you can do that too. Please text Pastor

HELP IN THE NURSERY If you love little babies and would graciously give up
some time during the 10:00 service, we could use your help! Our nursery has
moved, been remodeled, and we have new toys and pagers for parents. Help
young families by volunteering your time to watch young ones in the nursery
