Support Our Troops
The “Support Our Troops” group of Christ Lutheran Church is a loving and dedicated group of hardworking women and men who knit and crochet helmet liners, scarves, gators and neck coolers for U.S. soldiers deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan. They also craft parkas, quilts and handmade toys for the children in these countries.
Meetings are held the third Saturday of every month from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. New members are always welcome. No sewing skills are need.
